A watch at this level normally carries the cost of a showroom, a distributor and a margin at every step. Going straight to the people who will wear it removes all of that, and lets us put the money into the movement, the case and the finishing instead.
Funding covers the first production run: movements, cases, dials, the tooling for the bespoke programme and the assembly time in the atelier. Every tier is priced to cover its own production, not to subsidise a launch party.
The design is finished, the prototypes are on wrists, and our manufacturing partners are confirmed. What remains is the volume order, which is exactly what this campaign pays for.

Each tier carries its own estimated delivery date. Those dates assume the campaign funds on schedule; if anything slips, backers hear it from us first, with the reason.
Kickstarter is all-or-nothing. If we do not reach the goal, no one is charged and no money changes hands.
Yes. After the campaign closes we send every backer a survey to confirm their configuration, size and address before anything goes into production.
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is added at the survey stage and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
