What we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. Our site also stores your cart and wishlist in your browser, which never leaves your device unless you place an order.
Why we collect it
We process this data to fulfil your order, to answer your enquiry, and — where you have asked for it — to send you news about our collections. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify. When you check out you are handed over to Shopify's own checkout, and your payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers under their privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and consumer law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept while they remain relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to us and we will respond within the period required by law.
