This site presents the Ottempo collection. We take care to keep descriptions, availability and prices accurate, but errors can occur and we may correct them at any time before a contract is formed.

These terms govern your use of the Ottempo website. By browsing or ordering, you accept them.
Orders and payment
Orders are completed through our Shopify store, and Shopify's terms and refund policy apply to the purchase itself. A contract of sale is formed when your order is confirmed by the store, not when you add an item to the cart.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed at checkout. Taxes and duties are shown or calculated at checkout and, for international deliveries, import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Bespoke pieces
Made-to-order and engraved pieces are produced to your specification and, other than in the case of a fault, cannot be returned.
Intellectual property
The Ottempo name, logo, imagery and site content belong to Ottempo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Ottempo is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that country, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have locally.
