How long is my watch under warranty?
Every Ottempo watch carries a 2-year warranty covering defects in manufacturing, in line with Lithuanian consumer law.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and delivery usually takes a further 2–4 business days.
How long does a bespoke watch take?
Atelier Bespoke orders are built within 10–15 business days, depending on your configuration.
Can I change the strap myself?
Yes. Models with the quick-release system can be changed at home, and our service team is happy to help with the rest.
